for112 late submission?

Then there is no need to Inform ICAI..................( As its is optional)

Whether Institute allows 2 or more Courses or not .I m not sure abt d same.......

No u cant pursue 2 addtitional courses, only 1 is allowed.  Moreover submission of form 112 is compulsory even if the course is through correspondence mode.

Now u will have to file form 112 along with condonation letter and fee for delay.  I think there is no specific format for condonation letter.  A simple letter stating reason for delay is to be filed.  Still u should check the site.

Now u can officially carry only one course out of mba/icwa.  However u can carry other without informing institute at your own risk.

I wonder how institute came to know about your additional courses if u didn't file form 112?

If you are doing any additional course, you have to submit the form 112 to the ICAI. Even if it is more than 8 months, you have to submit the same along with condonation letter for delay and also a late fees of Rs.1000/-. 

Second thing is that you cant do more than one additional course at a time.

So better take a stay on one and continue the other by informing to the institute. However, you can do the other course without informing the institute but at your own risk. And mind it well that this risk is a Life-time.

There is no wonder ICAI come to know about additional course, at least if you are doing it from ICSI or ICWAI. Because, these three institutes have a common committee for inter-related issues and the database of each institute is exchanged to check the violation if any goin on. The institute may not know about the courses from other institutions or colleges.

hi,i too came across the same problem..it is not a very big issue first of all....all u have to do now is download form 112 and write condonation of ur own in plain white sheet mentioning only one course that too  icwa and MBA ok....then u should take a dd for amount of Rs.100 to Rs.1000/= depending on the period of delay....if u still have any doubt feel free to contact 09713741961 Naveen....ok

hey amol can u tell me what is the risk associated with this? as i knw more than 5 friends who are working as a asst mgr in some mnc's they had done twice or thrice courses along with ca and did not infrom icai nobody caught them even iam doing cwa final without informing icai i did informed them but due to some problem in their server the icai oficial advised me that as u are going thru a corespondence course u can still do it without informing us as the motive of 112 is to let the students aware that pursuing any regular course is not allowed with ca and if u are pursuing it then get this form signed by ur employer that that course is not harming ur articleship time !!!!

hi am in my last yr of articleship... I have completed B.com and ACS.. But at the time of registration, I disclosed both the courses and it has been mentioned that for B.com, no permission is needed and for ACS, i submited form 112. Now, only B.com is registered with the institute and not ACS......wat can be done???? pls reply.......URGENT

  when I joined CA course , My CWA final was pending, it got completed in 1 year of articleship period but i didn't fill Form 112 , can i fill the form 112 now ( i have already completed 2.5 year of my articleship now) , will they condone and any consequences ?
