One MUST complete both ITT and Orientation in order to join Articleship.
ITT AND ORIENTATION SHOULD BE COMPLETED BEFORE ARTICLESHIP JOINING

Dear Ashwani,
IT & Oriantation program fixed by ICAI are a pre-condition to be fulfilled before joining the CA Articleship. So dear it would not be possible for you to join articleship without first doing IT & Oriantation program.
