I already know how to maintain BOM List

my question is i don't know Ingredients list of these item mean manufacturing company assemble these items

1- Milk (buy milk and boiler and what other item use for this and then pack 

2- Powder Milk (same what procedure and what other item use for this

3- Cream ( same )

4- Ketchup ( i know little Ingredients list of produce ketchup)

problem is Ingredients list of above these items
