a company issued fccbs & invest the amount in a seperate group of fixed assets, the foriegn fluctuation on the said fccb's will be charged to/capitalised to foriegn fluctuation-expense or will be capitalised to assets ?

genarally charged to p&l account.but there is a notification from NACAS in AS-11 if the assets purchased are depreciable it is capitalised and if if the assts is non depreciable it is taken to fluctuation account applicable w.ef 1.7.2006-31.3.2012.so if there is no extension of time for the above notification from NACAS then the exchange difference  is taken to the p&l  only
