FLA Return

Indian Company shares are wholly held by two Foreign shareholders (entities). And no other investment in Indian Company except the shares, will the Indian Company have to file FLA Return? please advise. Thanks!

Ok thank you. Also what is FIRMS portal and Flair RBI.. FLA can be able to file only have an account in FIRMS portal?
For FLA filing, an account on FLA Website flair.rbi.org.in shall be opened in the name of company whose return is tobe filed.
