We took Car in march 28/3/2012 on the name of Co. unforuntely we have not booked invoice in March & our file is returned so can we book Car Invoice in new year?

What do you mean by file has returned?
Are teh accounts of the company finalized and return filed. If yes then the same should be booked in Apr12.
