First Time Registration
I am registering my sole proprietorship business in GST but I am facing problem. An error is reflecting "legal name of the entity and Pan details not matching". PAN is in my individual capacity whereas name of the business is different from my name. What to do to sought out this?

hi! In the legal name, please enter name as per PAN. in the trade name, please enter the name by which you run your business. Hope it helps.
sir you will have to register by the name which is on PAN , in case of Proprietor.
