Hello Everyone,

Happy New Year first of all, May this year brings lots of happiness and success for you.

Actually i am here seeking for your help regarding first annual return and filing of financial statements along with auditors appointment and mgt-14 etc.

As we all know that now as per Companies Act, 2013 first agm must be held within 9 months of end of financial year, but earlier it was 18 months.

My client has incorporated the pvt. ltd company in Sept'2013. Can u please tell me the last date till which AGM could be conducted was 31st Dec 2014 or 30th Sept 2015?

Further what will be the last date for filing annual returns, balance sheet, auditors appointment and mgt-14?

Also it will be very kind of you if u can upload formats like auditors appointment letter, board meeting, agm notice, annual return of company, etc.

Its 31st Dec'14 and annual accounts is required to file within 30 days and annual return is within 60 days from the date of AGM held.

The last date to hold the AGM is 31st Dec,2014 which has been passed out. The Annual account should be submitted within 30 days of 31 dec 2014. and the Annual return should be filed within 60 days of AGM held whenever.
