We are a startup called FastSpin Appliances Pvt. Ltd. incorporated on 14-03-2017. We are manufacturing GPS Tracker/Vehicle Tracking System in India. I want to confirm from experts.On which date we should conduct our first AGM and do other filings with MCA?
Yes we appointed auditor immediately after incorporation
Your first AGM should be convened on or before 30th December 2018....and necessarry filings of financials should be done within 30 days of the event and annual return should be filed before 60 days of the event..

first AGM within 9 months from the closing of first financial Year.
“financial year”, in relation to any company or body corporate, means the period ending on the 31st day of March every year, and where it has been incorporated on or after the 1st day of January of a year, the period ending on the 31st day of March of the following year, in respect whereof financial statement of the company or body corporate is made up:
U can close first financial year on 31st March 2018.
