dear sir,
what are tha tax rates for refilling of fire extinguishers. does it comes under any service if so then what is the SAC code for this. and also whats are the tax rates for material used under refillling. earlier we were using Business auxiliary servive under service tax for fire extinguisher refilling. so please suggest what to do.

I have some ambiguity 
regarding to takes the GST Input on Safety oriented items. Can we takes GST Input (ITC) on Safety oriented Goods (like:- refilling of Fire Extinguisher, Safety cloths etc.)
