If you divided by 3, you will get the remainder 2

Nop... When you divide it by 5 than you get reminder of 2
it is 2519. it fulfills all ur requirement, and i think it is right.

It is very simple but interesting,
find LCM of 2,3,4...8 and 9 then subtract 1 from that number. that is it.
