HI Finalisation of ACcounts requies Peparation of Balance Sheet, P&L A/C with comp[ly of regulatorty requirements,application of AAS, applicable laws & regulations, disclosure requiements. etc. So its not easy to expalin only by words. Its a practical aspect. Vijay
