Final yr of Articleship - Termination

hello ,  i am  also undergoing the last year training.And my exams falls in may ,11. and my office hours are 9 am to 8 pm . and he is not in position to compromise .  Is there room for termination .????

Listen both of you as per the latest institute guidelines of ICAI regarding Termination/Transfer of articleship. In the final year of artcileship there is not any provision of Transfer.

However, if more than nine months of your training is remaining, then you can go for industrial training, nobody can stop you for industrial training.

and Shikha as you mention your training is 9AM to 8PM, if its really truth, then you can contact ICAI ,vishwas nagar office if you are from NRO section or even can direct write a letter to Secretary(Mr. T. Kartikeyan) with the all truth facts, he is a verry nice person he will really help you. 

But my opinion is different from all that, just concentrate to your studies, jaha jagah milee vahi padai ka adda bana lo. because as we are students we don't have a time in appeals to ICAI, we alll know that ki hoga kya...

so,, my suggestion is to just concentrate to your studies boss kuch bole...to bolne de....bass yahi socho ki,....jiss dinn nikle uss din abtayenge..tereko

everybody has a potential, we just need to find.

thnku sachin .   that means no scope of transfer . so .  now I try 2 concentrate on my studies  rather than .........

yes i am frm NRO sec. .

its not lik there s no scope....U can get transfer with restrictions on it...So if u fall under any category then u can get transfer...

As they mention , their principal( Chartered) is not ready to giving a transfer , and you cannot force chartered , ultimately you have to contact a disciplinary department of ICAI, first of they  Check your elligibility criteria for termination/ transfer of articleship , it takes nearly 2 monrhs , then they ask you the problem and then send a letter to their chartered for submitting a reason for not signing it takes 1 month, if chartered not reply 3 reminders are sent to chartered , and chartereds generally follow this for wasting the time time of article because of in the mean time of this proccess,,he didn't allow article to attend a office, and these 3 remineders usually takes 3 to 4 months, and after that, chartered will submit their reply with bulk of fake blames. and aagar galti se institute ne decision charetred ke favour mein de diya , joki ye galti institute har bar karta hai , fir soch lo...ek to ye 7 to 8 months of articleship waste gayi...and iske bad aapko yahi period dubara same chartered ke under karna padega..

Well said, we all know that...ki institute Chartered ke against kuch nahi bolega..
