Final Return of cancelled dealer

i have filed already my many client's cancellation application through GST Portal ..ARN has been Generated by system and I deemed to be cancel registration .what should I do in this case to file Return ?

some of them client's Status shown in the the system is cancelled what should I do in this Situation ?
