When the authority approved the cancellation of GST registration, is it mandatory to file the final GST Return(GSTR-10),

As per Section 45 of CGST Act , have to file GStr 10 , with in 3Months from the date of cancellation or date of order of cancellation, whichever is later.

Else Late is liveable 200/- per day for both the Act (As per section 47 CGST act)

It is mandatory to file your Final Return in GSTR-10 within 3 months from the date of cancellation or date of order whichever is later.

go to file gstr 10 return due date will be displayed there
