as per icai regulations u r eligible to give finals during the last 6 months of ur arctshp ie. only after completing 2.5 years of ur arcship.as per the details given by u, ur 2.5 yrs will get completed on 30th oct 2013.
so ur eligilble to give ur final attempt in nov-2013

Yea agree with Harsh but if u terminate ur articleship & is idol for even 2 days can result in postponement of articleship..
