I am employee of pvt. ltd Company. Company's books for last 5 years are seized by Sales Tax Department.
So, how can i do MVAT audit of co. for year 2009-2010 & file Return 704.

You can approach the Team leaded the seizure to grant permission to access the books for specific purpose and take copies / statements for the purpose at their office.
