We Rae suppose to submitt a final accounts to Registrar of companies of a Liasion Office in India .The year ending for Foriegn Comapny in USA is 31st December .Where sa is India for I T Purpose Year ending is 31st march .Now we are going to file the Form - 52 to ROC, we would like to Know: - 1) Is we required to submitt to the ROC the finacial Statement of USA Company 2) What is the Closing date for financial statement of Indin Liasion office is it 31st December or 31st March 3) What is the formate for finacial statment is it required under Schedule VI or Just TRecept and PAyment Account is enough 4) is any further document required to be submited to the ROC
