MR 1 to be filed with in 60 days of appointment of MD /WTD at Board Meeting and it is filed within 60 days ( before AGM approval)
If AGM is held after 90 days and the Board's appointment of MD / WTD is ratified by shareholders at AGM, do we have to file MR 1 again for informing shareholders approval for the appointment.
