Filing of mgt14

1. Put ZERO in that coloumn. 2. No need to  file MGT-14. 3. Appointment Letter and Board resolution to be attached

Hi, A person is being appointed as Director of a Private Limited Co., Please help me in the following doubts: 1. In form DIR -12, it asks to fill up -- "Number of manager(s), secretary(s), Chief Financial Officer or Chief Executive Officer for which the form is being filed. But whereas, there is no such appointment in the present scenario, only a director is added? What is solution for this

2. Is it compulsary to file MGT 14 along with this form for having passed a board resolution for such appointment?

Ans. No need to file MGT 14 as it is the form for any resolution passed to change object clause or for agreement purpose.
