Is it mandatory to file MGT-14 regarding disclosure of interest in the first Board Meeting. Is everybody filing MGT-14 regarding Disclosure of Interest and shareholding? Please mention the relevant sections.

Please read Section 184 of the CA-2013 for your query of first board meeting reg. disclosure of interest .yes now it has to be filed by every company whether public or private
it has to be filed even subsequently , if there is change in disclosure of interest PLEASE SEACRH THREAD OF SHRI ANKUR SIR in this forum , in which he has detailed explained this matter with various inputs and very nice interpretation.
THERE IS ALSO ONE FILE BY SHRI P.C.AGRAWAL SIR IN WHICH HE HAS ALSO EXPLAINED CO RELATIONS OF VARIOUS SECTION SUB SECTION RELATED TO THIS.
