Please read Section 184 of the CA-2013 for your query of first board meeting reg. disclosure of interest .yes now it has to be filed by every company whether public or private

it has to be filed even subsequently ,  if there is change in disclosure of interest PLEASE SEACRH  THREAD  OF SHRI ANKUR SIR  in this forum , in which he has detailed explained this matter with various inputs  and very nice interpretation.
