A private limited company has obtained IEC certificate in the FY 12-13, are there any requirements with respect to filing of returns etc. If yes please let me know the procedure.

whenever the exporter take the incentive the chapter-4 and 5 incentive they submit the export Turnover @ issuance the Licence and @ the time OF REDEMPTION.
