Sir, My company's date of Incorporation was 21/01/2020. Date of Commencement (INC 20A) was 06/05/2020.
As per companies Act we are going to prepare our first Balance Sheet as on 31.03.2021.
My query is whether I have to file DIR-3 and DPT-3.

DPT 3 should be filed on 30th June every year. For fy 20-21 DPT 3 should be filed on 30th June 2021.
