Dear All,
Kindly tell me that is i have to file the CARO report of a company compulsorily if it is applicable. If yes, where i have to file this in ROC or IT portal & how ?
Please help me on this.

CARO is a part of Statutory Audit Report...so it is to be filed with ROC by way of Attachment with Form 23AC which also include Notice,Directors' Report and Balance Sheet....
With 3CA-3CD...such reportt need not to be attached while e-filling ...
