auditor not sharing information of whether ITR 1 filed for past 2-3 financial years;

1. if not filed by auditor for past 2-3 financial years, what is to be done

2. whether penalty if any will be condoned

3. what to do against the negligent non-cooperating auditor

You can it by yourself whether the ITRs are filed or not and if you don't know how then I can help you. check your inbox

2. no penalty will be condoned
