Any body can send me Procedure of export of softex as per FEMA1999. Compliance regarding which are need to fullfill and relevant sections of FEMA1999. Relevant forms regarding softex export. plz also tell me about a site by which i can download form and read about procedure.
exports upto 25000 usd exempt from softex . More than this, softex forms to be filed with relevant STPI operating in that area. Softex forms are available in net.
