We Have to make import payment and simultaneously reimbruse some expenditure from exporter.Can we net-off the amount of Forex remittance?

Yes you can net off the remittance and for that you have to submit documents for import payments and expenses to your bank. If the Import goods are falling under LC then you can contact to yur bank whether it is possible or not
