Whether Remuneration given to Directors(Whole time or Part time) will be treated as Fee for Technical Services or Salaries.

Director Remuneration
Dear Sir,
When some one is in company rolls, this question does not arise whether he is a technical or not or whether he gives technical services or not. Infosys's 98% employees are technical.
Any amount paid to be treated as remuneration for the Company register with ROC, For Trust it will be Honarium, for staff Salaries, and for partnership firm Partner's remuneration.
