Extension period articleship

hi Friends,

I hv re-registerd for the articleship extension period of 6 days (as per institute's letter) & after completion of 6 days i hv also submitted Form 108 for the 6 days extension period from 27/06/2011 to 02/07/2011.

Nw i hv recd. letter from institute dat ur articleship is re-registered for the balance period of 7 days...n then again i recd. letter stating dat " The date of completion of articles should be altered as 03/07/2011 in Form 108." & to re submit 108 in triplicate.


Now my question is in previous letter they have mentioned 6 days extension period.. so i hv duly filled up the form for 6 days extension period & after that i hv recd. letter that u r re-registerd for balance period of 7 days.& nw institute is again requiring to submit fresh 108.

please help....

Don't worry as per the icai latest letter re submit form 108 in triplicate by altering completion date is 3-7-11 so it is better to do like that. However please communicate with your employer and take his suggetion and follow his instruction

But i hv a doubt dat if i again submit 108...institute will again ask for serving extension period of only 1day (7days-6days) since it is extension period.

n again i hv to go through whole re reg. process & if rply not come within 60 days i.e. till 01/09/2011. then i hv to submit 102 & 103 (franking etc..) instead of 107.

Don't think like that just u send again form 108 by refering the icai instructed letter i think and my expectation the institute don't make any objections and simply it accepts however u resend form 108 and wait for their reply however u should follow up the institute after 15 days from the date of form 108 send for fast reply from institute through telephone or e-saahayathaa for fast and best for institute response. ALL THE BEST don't fear like that u think.

I Have a query. My articleship was over on 12/06/2011. But I am still serving my articleship. Now I Have received intimation from institute that 17 days leave is to be served. Now what form to be sent and shall i send any fees along with form

in ur extension letter they must have mentioned for the procedure...if u r serving continous articleship (under same principal) after ur completion date i.e. 12/06/2011 then u hv to submit form 107 in triplicate with all details & in case of change in principal or there is break in articleship beyond 60 days from original completon date then u hv to re-register for articleship by filling up 102 & 103 within 30 days from commencement of new articleship..i hope it is clear...contact institute for confirmation of procedure.

I think there is only franking chgs. that u will incur.

i am abt to complete my article ship on 28th feb 2012.. but i hav a extension of 7 mths.. .

my question is tht can i serve my extension period with a NEW PRINCIPAL..??

and also the NEW PRINCIPAL is in the same area where the old one was.."" there are some area restriction  nw..""".. so is it possible nw to do so..?

Mr.Vijay Singh Rautela i think it is possible. However you should confirm from ICAI vide posting your grivency at e-sahaayaata available at www.icai.org.

my articleship is complete but i hav got extension for 90 days and the extension period i am doing with another CA so pls tell me that i can take sign on my exam from any other CA or CA on whose under i am doing extension
