IF ONE IS IN NEW COURSE...AND ARTICLESHIP GETS EXTENDED ON MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING BASIS....

CA SAYS THAT AFTER EXAM "COME AND SERVE ME FOR 2 MORE MONTHS" THEN PLEASE TELL US -

HOW WILL THIS FORM 107 HELP??? WILL IT BE REQUIRED TO FILLED?

WHAT IF IN SUCH CASE FORM 108 IS FILLED AND ALREADY SUBMITTED AND WHEREAS 107 IS NOT FILLED...

Hey i hve downloaded form 107 & 108 but now every1 is saying that i will recieve a letter from institute but its since already more than 30 days i havent received  any notice or letter from ICAI. I have to submit this form within 60days from date of expiry of original articleship period. Do i need to submit here in Colaba or Noida(Delhi).
