Extension of articleship

I had completed my articleship and received letter from institute stating that i have extension of 5 days. Now i want to do this extended articleship under different principle. But the problem is my new principle don't know the procedure for registering me as a article. What i know is that i have to submit form 102 and 103. The only thing i want to confirm is after completion of extended articleship, i have to fill 108 again or not??
