i have completed my articleship(3years) on 28/9/2010 but total leave taken is 178 so for excess leave i am required to re-register by filling form 102 as more than 60 days has elapsed.i want to know whether along with form102 i am also required to pay the entire fees which is otherwise payable at the time of first registration (fee payable at the time of commencement of articleship)?
no dear you r not required to pay any additional fees for extension of training... as per my knowledge
you will submit the form number 107..... for extension of traning with late fee of rs. 100 ...I think..........
if you will done extension traning in another CA firm ... you will submit the Form 103 along with Form 107.....
