Accounts of Foreign Subsidiary are not auditedtill date, in this case can we apply for the extention of AGM on this ground.
Can anyone share the draft documents required to submit for the Extention of AGM.

Yes, you need to file an application to the ROC for extention of AGM along with Board Resolution attachedin form GLN-1.
