1. You can serve the extended period of articleship under any other CA. 

2. Excess leaves taken do have an effect on CA final attempt. In order to appear in May-16 exams, your articleship needs to be completed on or before 31st of October, 2016 (including excess leaves, if any). Since in your case, excess leaves are 103 days, it can be served well before 31st of October, 2016 & hence no effect would be made of excess leaves on your attempt if you could manage to complete it on or before 31st of October, 2016.

3. Your articleship needs to be completed on or before 31st of October, 2016 (including excess leaves, if any) in order to be eligible for May-16 exams. In your case, if you manage to serve the excess period on or before 31st October, there is no problem serving it after exams.
