pls tell me any one gst 3b are extended or not for the month of July 2018

Yes today gst portal is too slow.
I think its extended to 24th Aug, check after login on site at the page of file return due date is mentioned
yes. Due date for filing GST3b has been extended to 24 Aug 2018. See GST porta https://www.gst.gov.in/
