Hi,

I need guidance over my question.

My article ship was scheduled to complete by March, 2011, but due to extra leaves of 70 days over 180 days taken by me, my CA wants to serve these 70 days. For this i want that after completion of this extended period what exactly i have to do? which form should i fill & even when my articleship extended i didn't filed any documentation with the Institiute. Is there any documentation i have to do to extend my training & more over.

Please suggest me what i have to do. Please help me out

heyy chander,

regarding ur extended articleship..nothing has to be done nw..when the extended period of 70 days overs..submit the form No. 108 for the completion of the articleship..in that form u will find columns where u have to give the details regarding ur extention ...

hi, so it means that when i finish my extended period after that i have to file the form 108 but i m not getting how to fille that form. my training is left for 1 month only it will end by 1st week of sep, 2011.

when my training extended no such legal documentation filed with institute regarding extension of service so do any problem exsits there

heyy..

Extension of training is depend on you principle ..thr is nothing to do wid the institute..so thr is no need to file any documentation while ur extension..

Form No 108 is to be filled when ur training got over includind ur extension period..

Reagarding coloums in the form..first study the form carefully..some information in the form u can fill urself bt sum info will be provided to u by ur principle..so it means u will hv to ask ur principle to help u while file ur form
