See attached file for demo of Accounts writing in Excel month wise sheets with user friendly interface .
When you open the file you can see one icon in the sheet. Double Click on It, will open new worksheet with enabled macro only. Double click on title of worksheet or maximize window to see other Monthwise tabs\Sheets.
First sheet is for Configuration where you can make all masters for your accounts needs. for data entry select the month sheets.
