Export of service

Hi,

 We have billed to domestic Company by USD ( Foreign Currency) based on customer requirement. Is this Domestic Service or Export of Service as per Service Tax Rule? . 

If we have billed to Forein Currency , We have treated as a Export of service in our company. We are doing Logistics service. Pelase suggest.

It is referred as a domestic service. Just because payment is done in some other currencies does not make an export service.

There s valuation rules for converting dollar to rupee. That becomes another service. But its a domestic service. Service tax applicable
