Dear Members,
I am planning to export some construction machinery to IRAN, under the HS Code 8429. However I suppose there is a regulation for exporting machineries to Iran in view of export control ordinance and also the given current situation with regard to India's withdrawl from Asian Clearing Union.Kindly advise what should be points to keep in mind to export to Iran particulary with regard to export restrictions, rules and regulations.
I would be gratefull for any help.

ok please noted that as per chapter -2 of foreign trade policy 2010-11, para 2.1.1 import of export of arms and related material from / to IRAQ shall be prohobited.
