Export - invoice query

Dear All,

Do we need to comply with any given format while generating a export invoice bill? I do have export invoice bill format, but have the following queries :

1) IEC code need to be included ? I have seen other invoices with IEC.

2) Does PAN details need to be included?

Any other company information like CIN to be included etc?
