thanks to all of you'll who have replied to my post and I am hopeful even now you'll would give your valuable opinions.
We have to do 2 transactions
1) Buying from local vendor and selling it to foreign customer directly through our vendor.
query is
a) can a local vendor raise an invoice in forex to us as buyer in India and consignee to be our customer outside India. If Possible, how our customer pays us for the direct delivery from our vendor and how we pay to our vendor in forex. (for the transit purpose the bl would mentioned us as a buyer and consignee to be our customer)
b) Buying goods from outside India vendor and supplying it directly to our customer outside India. The vendor would billed us and ship the goods to our customer.
query is
if such an transaction is possible, how will our customer pay in forex to us and in turn we pay to our vendor in forex.
