Original Export House certificate .
ANF 3 A & its Annexures duly filled in and signed as well as attested by C.A regarding export performance for the last three years and April 2013-31December 2013.
ANF-1 duly filled in and signed
Declarations duly filled in and signed.
Declaration duly certified by C.A.
Self-attested copy of SSI certificate & Memorandum of article of Association.
Self-attested copy of I. E. Code & R.C.M.C
Self-attested copy of subscripttion fee submitted in Export Promotion council , New Delhi for renewal the RCMC for the Year 2014-15
Self-addressed envelope duly affixed postal stamp for Speed Post.

No Govt fee applicable in this case.
