Expenses without bills

You cant book any expenses without proper supportive.  It can be disaalowed in assessment if your case selected. Even you paid him cash  or cheque. you must take his signature on payment voucher sothat later days any query hasbeen raised then you have some sort of proof.

There is no such thing of Limit for Expenses booking without Invoice.

You can ask them for kaccha bill in absence of proper bill. All payments should be properly supported. hence u can get the same from the owner of tempo service provider n get signed the voucher.
