Expense head
i want to know abt an expense head.
water tanker purchased for factory workings (each week have to purchase it) should book under which expense head?? can it be booked as factory expense??
pls guide.

Yes as it is a recurring revenue expenditure it has to be debited in factory expenses...
Utilities Expenses (Water & Electricity)

As Water Expenses...........Under Head Factory Expenses
thanks to all of u.
i did the same 
created a ledger as water expense & grouped it under factory expense.
can be taken as water charges under the head factory expenses
