Can anybody send me the procedure for availing exemption under Section 212 (8) of the Companies Act , 1956 for application for exemption from attaching the annual accounts of the subsidiary companies?

Central Government has been empowered to exempt. An application has to be made in specified form. For Guidelines and Form Please Refer Page no 2250 Guide to Companies Act written by A Ramaiya (Sixteen Addition 2004)
You can apply to Central Government in form 23AAB.Download this form from MCA site with the instruction kit
