Is there any requirement of aggregation to get exemption ?
I have got above 60 in Taxation, but my grand total is below 200 in group I 
. Am i eligible to get exemption in tax.

yes..exemption only applies when 1 has failed..ur result will show F-EX
please help in my ipcc group 2 result it is mention F-EX what is this
It means ur result is FAIL but got exemption in subjects in which mark are 60 or 60+
