if no liability to pay taxes is there, it will rs.10 per day per act.

how much exactly? i m confused
my opinion Rs. 25 per day ..
But if the tax liability is nil, then the late fees should be Rs.10 and not Rs.25!

For both (GSTR 3B and GSTR 1) returns late fee as following...
If Nil Return - Rs 20 (CGST Rs 10 and SGST Rs 10)
Other than Nil return Rs 50 (CGST Rs 25 and SGST Rs 25)

In current situation GSTR 1 return's late fee not imposed...
