With ER-1 return it is necessary to fole PLA details, along with GAR-7 challans through which excise duty has been deposited.

1.If the amount is not remitted this month whether thePLA  closing balance continue to next month O/B ?.....

2. Interest for late payment should be shown in the PLA register ?

WHY USE OF 11 PERFORMA

Unutilized amount can be carry forward for next month or in the month of march its your wish to claim refund or written off…..

Interest on excise for late deposit can not be show in PLA A/c.

I want to Know about all the required documents & their Formats  for a Manufacturer to mentain for Excise, Custom and Commercial Tax (VAT/ CST). Kindly let me know,  it will be a great help.
