For captive consumption by related party what should be the invoice price?
1.Cost of production (COP) or
2.Assesable value.(110% of COP)

Assessee may sale the goods to related person. The related person may not sale them further but may use in capitve consumption. In such cases valuation will be done on basis of cost of production plus 10%, as per rule 8.
