hi, can any one solve my question ? my question as below

my company is engaged in mfg and power project works. we have a large amount of order of power project for which we have purchased some of the bought out materials and some materials will be processed in our company. now we have received purchase bill for both bought out item and some items processed in our company. so we will take cenvat credit on processed at our end but in case of bought out item's excise problem remains the same. for example received boughtout item 10 qty and 3 items out of 10 items will be sent to our site. now my question is that how to appply excise in such case so that our customer can get excise credit on bought out item and what we have to do in this case ?

You can take the credit on inputs and have to pay the ED on each removal of such items as input removed as such. In that way you will be entitled to take the credit on inputs and pass on the same to the customers as well...

Thanks, That MeansI have to take cenvat credit and debit the same credit ?

Dear Nilesh,

you need to registered with excise as a dealer for trading activity. After registration you can pass the cenvat credit to your buyer.
